Just because you hate everything about a country, doesn't mean you hate it!

I'm tired of all these obviously far-right wing extremist neo-conservatives whining about left-wingers who "hate" America. They don't hate America: they only hate the culture (it's plagiarized and uncouth), government (it unilaterally invades people!), its name (elitist bastards claiming to represent all of the Americas!) and people (fat, stupid, and creationists!).

To say that these brave left-wingers hate America is just fascist nationalism: they only hate everything about the country and people, not the country and people. But we'd expect that from the typical American mob (since all Americans act in a mob like manner - no example is needed - just take our word for it) mentality. Americans just love corporations and their corporatey needs and that's why the world hates you and everything about you, but we don't hate America or Americans just Americans who live in America.

Too obvious a troll. On a scale from one to Nintendo, I give it a paltry Atari Lynx.

Just out of interest, would it still be a troll if it was taking a cheap pop at the evil liberal hive mind rather than the noble American right?

Umm, it is a cheap pop at "the evil liberal hive mind." If it isn't as apparent to you as it really should be, highlight the entire post to see the hidden text.

I like America, I think George Bush is not very articulate and says some stuff he does not want to say, but the Americans i have come across are all really friendly and nice people!

Americans are cool people, people who say they hate America really need to get a life and get to know the nicer things in life, all they are doing is degrading themselves to the same levels as terrorists who say the same.

I'd noticed, but I wondered if you had: normally when somebody starts complaining about trolling, it seems to mean that they're pro Bush.

That is one of the strangest sentences I have come across recently.

Trolling and pro-/anti-Bush and complaining about trolling are all different subjects.

You must be new here if you think I would ever be pro Bush in anything.

Many left-wingers around the world hate all four of these attributes of America, and are proudly anti-American. Still more leftists hate the US government and culture, but not the people or the name and are not anti-American.

The leftists usually targeted by obviously far-right wing extremist neo-conservatives are American leftists who don't hate the culture, name or people, but only the government. Which is enough for most of these nationalist maniacs.

No it's not. It's probably cheap shot at non-American leftists. The word "liberal" cannot be found in the original post.

I'm aware your not pro-Bush, it just seems that the rightist elements of the board (whatever Cat Tribes believes) are far more likely to go to moderation and raise a stink when somebody posts something they find objectionable. Not that I'm saying you would, of course.
