I would say "microns per hour"

To convert µm/hr to m/s divide by 3.6 x 10^9

Micrometres per hour. 1 micrometre per hour is ~ 2.78 x 10^-10 meters per second. You divide 0.000001 m with 3600 s.

Micron is just just another word for micrometre, or 0.000001 m.
