I've been wasting alot of time on the Politics Canada lately -and frankly- loving it. That said, I'm really need some help with something. My French is non-excistent. I had hoped, since I picked Sydney-Victotria for my seat- it wouldn't be an issue.

However, given I'm increasing involved with Quebec, I'm running into an obvious brickwall. (That would be the lack of French).

So, basically I really need one or more (preferablly) more people I can abuse as free translators every now and then.

If anyone can help out, I'll love you loooooooooong time.

Something wrong with just posting what you need help with in this thread?

Oh, and be advised that you should just learn French. Very few people will be ready to be translators of longer pieces of text for free.

I have a friend who does this for a living and is from Quebec, post what you need translated and I'll ask him. If that isn't an option I can ask him if he'd be willing to assist you via an IM service.

I'm french, so I can help you a bit, but I don't have much free time, and translating long texts take time...

So if you have small text to translate, or questions about a few words, don't hesitate to ask me, but I doubt I'll have the time to translate longer texts.

Don't worry, anything over four lines and I wouldn't expect anyone to do it for free and I'm only needing occasional help -I can normally find a way around it.
