Try www.pandora.com. I find it's better. No ads, more skips per hour (well, if you finagle it, infinite skips, but that's unethical!). The only thing I don't like about it is the flash interface. I hate flash. >.>
It also starts eating up memory after a while, so you might need to reload the page occaisionally. Still, better than music.yahoo.com.
