That's sad. I quite liked Sean Penn. RIP
Edit: That doesn't sound very meaningful.. I do think that's sad, losing someone at a young age is always sad. And to be honest I really like Sean Penn. At first I got confused with who Sean Penn was (honest truth). So yes, just thought I just clarify that.

Sean Penn's still around, unfortunately (kidding, really)... Chris was his brother.. he was in Reservoir Dogs, Footloose, etc.

Wow, such a minor celebrity, he even has to be introduced as "brother of Sean Penn." Oh, the insignificance.

On a brighter note, the boatman on the river styx was seen bailing out his boat with a dixie cup.

/yes, I know, Chris, not Sean

//still funny

///yes, I'm perfectly aware of where I'm going.

Minor celebrity or Cult actor. He will always be remembered for Resevoir Dogs and that in itself is enough.

It's sad, I kinda liked his work. :(

If you fucking beat this prick long enough, he'll tell you he started the goddamn Chicago fire, now that don't necessarily make it fucking so!

He was a decent actor. I'm sorry to hear this.

Wow, such a minor celebrity, he even has to be introduced as "brother of Sean Penn." Oh, the insignificance.Actually, I knew of Chris Penn before Sean Penn. Cult figures are much more interesting than 'major' celebrities.

This news is just eerie.

Last night I was watching Starsky and Hutch, and when I saw Chris Penn appear in it, he was nearly unrecognisable, he was not only grossly overweight (and he was not a thin chap before) but he also looked horribly old for his age.

I thought to myself that to look like that at his age which was only 40? was a sad sight to see.

As I said, this news today is just eerie.

I'm going to say it was possibly heart attack, but who knows.

RIP. He was a talented, raw actor.

Anyone who has not watched Resevoir Dogs, should watch it to see what I mean.

Weird update..

http://www.cnn.com/2006/SHOWBIZ/Movies/01/25/chris.penn.obit.ap/index.html

I guess the autopsy they did was "inconclusive" or something.. which raises the question: whuh? I guess they really can cut you to pieces and still be baffled as to what killed you.. interesting.

I doubt his autopsy came back "inconclusive." (What's the relevance here?)
