HI again, I bitches about my height a whileago for those of you who remember that, I had a poll if I was to buy some shit from some M.D that was most likley not a real M.D but a snake oils salesman. I didn't buy his products.
:)
During the last month I have gained 1cm and counting, I am now standing at
176.8cm in the evening and 179cm when I wake up. I just want wo thank the people who tolled me not to waste my money on some scam thing for getting taller by taking pills:)
ALSO, HERE IS A SECOND POOL
Should i begin to lift weights three times a week starting the end ofnext months...

Just weights ? No. Someone wih a massive upper torso but flabby belly and skinny legs look ridiculous. As does the muscular bodybuilder who is out of breath after running for 2 minutes.
If you are going to improve your body, do it well ;) Swimming is nice..

Just do what I used to do. (before I got hurt :( ) Working out is a waste of time. Find something physical to do that also makes you money. I used to do treecutting, construction, and landscaping on the side. I got in great shape AND made money, instead of lifting weights repetitively like a sheep.

weights hurt. :(
if you're not too self-concious to do it (like i am... bah!), swimming is the most complete, all-round and just best exercise there is. or so i understand. better than weights unless you join a proper gym and they instruct you which machines to use and for how long etc - then you can get a rounded workout from them... a lot of effort though. swimming is more fun anyway ;)
used to swim for the county, myself. then i, too, had an accident :p
edit: not as bad as MiB's sounds though :S

Born with a bad back, but the work kept me fit. Then I had a bad accident, was off work for a year (bed ridden for 4 months of it), and it got beyond the point of no return. Now It's surgery time, followed by lots of physical therapy.
Oh well, it'll be nice to be on Vicoden for 6 months again. :D

Workout is for pussys.
Just stop eating. You can lose weight when you're dead.

car crash shattered my arm
and then sailing (and capcising) next to a sewage pipe didn't help: got gastroenteritis for some months
might have been the other way around. suffice it to say, by the time i went back to swimming i was too out of shape and out of practice :headbang:
moral of the story: don't fall out of boats when the water smells like poo

For renting Passion of the Christ, you need to slap your sister.

Thanks man! I've been through it before, I know exactly how to make it easy.
High Speed internet and a good computer.

Pot
Get in good with the pizza delivery guy so he can let himself in and bring the pizza right to the couch!

I made a compromise with her. I told her I'll watch it some day (for shits and giggles), but only when I download it free. Mel Gibson gets not a penny from me!

Pizza and Internet are the only things left when you can't move much:(
You don't need to talk about it, but does it loook as dough you are going to be okey again?

Most dfinitely, but don't forget to work on cardio-vascular function and lower body strength as well. 30 minutes of aerobic exercise every other day would do it, but more is better once you get your wind up.
Lifting weights helps prevent osteoporosis later in life, as well as having other numerous benefits.

You should still slap her. I have no doubt your wrists are limp enough.

You're gonna have to explain that one to me. The only way I've ever known "limp wristed" to be defined is as a derogotory term for homosexual men.

No need for the sad smily, I'm ready for it! :D And as far as being OK again, I've been told to expect about 95% recovery. Which is about 50% above where I am now, so I'd say yeah, I'll be OK. Thanks for asking!

Swimming is wonderful, even if I do not work out, I atleast swim a couple hundred feet. It is a beautiful art, that if you can charish, you should. I would suggest you do work out, but become an endurance freak like me. Build your stamina
