I have been living overseas for quite sometime. A few years ago I let my voter registration slip by, and I haven't re-registered, mostly because I considered that my vote would be inneffective in my district for the elections I was interested in.
However, it is possible that I may actually be represented by someone other than I thought I was. (It's possible that the congressional district boundries have changed so that my last registered address in Texas puts me in the 14th district represented by the fine Dr. Ron Paul instead of the 22nd represented by that shit heel Tom Delay.)
Does anyone know the procedure for re-registering to vote after ones registration has lapsed?
