Good season Panthers

Welp, with 14-37 as the final. The Carolina Panthers go home to Charlotte for the season. First off I would like to say good game Seahawks, yall played a good game. To my team, the Carolina Panthers, yall had a good season, yall made it to the NFC Championship, and I think yall played well in that game. Hopefully next year we'll be able to go back and actually get to the Super Bowl.

Thanks for a good season Carolina Panthers.

You're still my favorite coach John Fox.

They bumped off the bears so I am very meh about them, and was going for the seahawks.
Seriously though, Bears vs Broncos would be an awesome superbowl in my opinion. There should be an uberbowl, for teams that I think should play.

One thing I would have to say about Carolina. Do not rely on one man to win a game. Spread the ball around.

Pittsburgh is toast in the Superbowl!!!!!!!!:p

What are you talking about? We gave it to Foster, Goings, we gave it to the other Reciever (forgot his name), and to Smith. Sure Smith is a major player, but we don't soley rely on him to get the ball to the 1st down line.

They certainly have my respect (I'm first a Seahawks fan, Panthers second). And John was VERY graceful, when FOX decided to put a microphone in his face after the game. Why can't they leave the losing team alone?

I'll tell you what I told Stone Bridges when he has a similar (though much more understated) opinion:

We shall see.

Keary Colbert.

And the Carolina offense was and is routed completely through Smith, which was blatantly obvious in the Seattle game. The Seahawks shut down Smith and the Panthers couldn't do a thing. There wasn't another option for the Panthers.

Quite obviously it'll be a good game. The Steelers and Seahawks have a good defense and offense... I'm not sure about who'll win. Being from Pittsburgh, I'll be pulling for my boys, but I'm not sure if they'll be the ones to come out on top.

To quote the former statement, We shall see.

don't get me wrong, jake delhomme is my favorite player in the game, but i believe he lost it for us this time. smith might not have been open, but like smith said, if there's 2,3,4 guys on HIM, that HAS to leave SOMEONE ELSE open SOMEWHERE on that dag-blasted field. but give credit to seattle's d. jake didn't have time to FIND that open man cause me and a freind counted how long it took for jake's pocket to collappsed around him *gimme a break, it's early* and it didn't take long at all for seattle to put pressure on him causing those bad throws *AHEM* seattle's d is evidently MUCH better than i and a lot of other people thought. of all teams to beat the panthers, i'd rather it be seattle *my 2nd favorite but you always go with home first* good game seattle, and good luck in the XL *i've dubbed the "extra large"* bowl. i do believe ya'll are gonna need it to stop a "bus"

Well, hopefully the Seattle game exposed the faults of the Carolina Panthers so that John Fox can adjust them to next season. I am already looking foward to the 2006-2007 season. Go Panthers!

Well, the Panthers have quite the RB problem. But Steve Smith accounting for up to 54% of their offense in some games probably won't continue next year. Drew Carter is going to get better. As Smith works with him, and he develops a report and trust with Delhomme, the scheme the Seahawks used will break down. Teams with a strong pass rush, might have success with it early next year, but after game 8 trying something like that will probably be pretty lethal for teams who's secondaries aren't elite.

Great game, Panthers.

I am worried about the Steelers, but I always worry because 30 years of disappointment and handing games to opposing teams makes a fan paranoid. We shall see, indeed! The best offensive line and a defense nobody knew we had (save us fans) versus a wunderkind QB in Roethlisberger and Hines Ward and The Bus. I don't know if my 'Hawks will win, but I know it will be a great game.

NFC CHAMPS, BABY!!!

Well their real faults were getting injured. Carolina only really because the Steve Smith show when Davis and Foster went down. They could use another Muhsin Muhammed, but injuries are what really did them in.

Well, we may get another Muhammed when drafts pick comes around. I wonder if I can buy tickets to the Panthers opening game yet.

I'm looking forward to next year's season as well. :) I'm moving down to Charlotte sometime in the next year or so. I'm hoping they'll have a great season. Just so long as they don't have to play Seattle until the playoffs again. :D

Eh I don't think Seattle won't make it back. Their pass rush game will only get them so far in the next season.
