Translation: Damn those comments are going to loose me a butt load of money so I apologise. Will you let me come back?
Hopefully Israel will tell him to go F himself and give the setup to somebody else.....

Hopefully is the key word. Israel would need to look at this guys past history and ask themselves if they would want to continue associating with him. I mean, they let him in the first place when it seemed clear that he was a religious loony. Why not again if he apologizes?
Normal people would put him on the ignore list. But politics would probably cook up some excuse or another if they want him back.

The extreme christian right in the US is one of isreal's biggest supporters. Given the paucity of support they have internationally, I am not sure they can afford to alienate it.
In any case, they probably don't really care all that much.
