Hello all.

I'm looking for a simple image resizing program so that I can create my own flag. I have lots of images but no way of scaling them down to the flag requirements. I say 'simple' because I don't want to download a 300 megabyte trial of Photoshop or Paint Shop Pro.

I think irfanview can resize.. It's small and simple

i hear The GIMP is good but i've never used it myselfIt's quite good imo. But also relatively large 30+ MB (once unpacked)
And a lot of features you'll never use, unless you're a professional or enthousiastic amateur
