What should Cabra do today?

Cabra West

It's Saturday, bright and sunny outside, and due to circumstances there's absolutely nothing I have to do today.
I do have quite a few options, though, I just can't make up my mind. So tell me, what should I do today?

Why isn't there an 'other' option?
I think you should go do a rain dance and then start singing: "it's raining men" or "singing in the rain"

Damn... I knew I forgot something. And I think that a rain dance won't really be necessary. Remember, I'm in Ireland ;)
Although it's not raining men that often...

Cleaning the house would be good then going outside. As for me it's thundering and lightening so I'm probably going to write some poetry, play with the dogs, and invite a girl over. Not necessarily in that order.

Edit: Wow thor/zeus must be pissed right now.

oooooooh I know, you're in Ireland, so you could go and look for fairies and elves and trolls and stuff like that.
Some friends of mine went to Ireland for that and they came back with some reaaally spooky stories, so it's bound to be fun.

That's what you're doing today by any chance? Wouldn't be Third Rock from the Sun, would it? :p
Don't know what the weather's like here, as I'm not actually out of bed yet.

As for what CW should do...enjoy the weather. It's not often it's nice in Britain.

Ok, here's what I'll do.
I followed Kanabia's advice (;) ), and now I'm getting up, getting some real breakfast, go for a stroll in the park, and then I'm going to watch TV and finish the drawings.

Just cleaned the house myself, finally eating something, as its close to 14.00 here now, and I've been up since 09.00, going to go for a jog with my hund shortly after that, upon which I hope to not fall on the ice that is presently melting outside, as its a whopping +0 degree Celcius here, return in one piece, shower, do laundry and write a speach I have to give. Then read something.

No social life here, I'm on a farm! :D

But, yeah, sounds like Cabra got it all figured out.

creating and exploring are what gratify. the kind of world we all have to live in is what matters.

that pretty much narrows it down to explore the park if you need a break from drawings and cleaning. cleaning creates a more inspiring environment and as a form of meditation may inspire creativity. and if creativity strikes, don't hesitate to interupt the sorting and dusting to gratify it. and if you go for the walk, take sketchbook or camera with you. you may not get the urge to create while exploring, but just in case you do, that way you're covered.

fallow your gut. which ever of those three feels most 'right' as a starting point, and don't worry about switching between them other then to avoid making more work for yourself by doing so then you otherwise would.

that's what i'd do.

but then i wouldn't likely be asking anyone else, let alone this or any other forum.

I voted the walk on the beach option. Its pouring rain here, but its warm for January. When the rain stops,I'll be headed to the beach.

If its bright and sunny there, Cabra-bring a book and a beach chair. Thats one of my favorite things. I usually bring a cigar too, but thats optional for you.

Be reasonable... the flight alone would take the better part of the day. But otherwise a brilliant idea.
