This is not your butchered rugby, it's the REAL football!
Basically, I want to see what the general support is on here. Mainly whether you're all glory-hunters or not :)

I'll start...
MILLWALL!
Come on the Lions. No-one likes us, we don't care...
We're going to start improving now I think. We've suffered under a series of crap chairman and managers who've sold all our good players since our FA Cup final, but we've got a new chairman, new manager (a veteran Millwall defender, no less) and we've started to improve - 2 wins and 2 draws in the league I think, and a FA Cup draw against Everton.

I honestly cannot help it, I was raised a United fan, and frankly, I utterly adore the club. Quite simply the greatest history of any club globally, with the most hubris permeated, alluring players, and one of the greatest stadia on the planet, the Theatre of Dreams.... thats right....

WOLVERHAMPTON WOLVES FOREVAH!

I've seen them like 2 times on TV, as Finnish channels don't show British 1st League too much, but I loved the logo both times. Both times they got beaten also, but that doesn't count nearly as much as the name/logo do.

EDIT: WTF?! I googled it, and it says "Wolverhampton Wanderers" ! Have they changed it lately or have I been misinformed from the beginning? If so, I'll abandon them and never be their fan again.

yes they're from Wolverhampton (in the midlands) and their official name is Wolverhampton Wanderers but their nickname is wolves (obvious reason).

Having listened to 606 on 5 Live every Saturday this season, I don't remember hearing any Arsenal fans calling for his head. Maybe I'm listening to the wrong people.

On the lines of playing Cygan, Gilberto, us not winning every match this season, selling our captain, losing to Chelsea, not beating Manchester United, being a mere 5th, playing Flamnini, not spending cash, those arguments are being used against him.

Cygan, fair enough. Gilberto's a good player, as is Flamini. Those who think we should win every match this season are just idiots, losing to Chelsea was expected, the Man Utd. game was dull, I'll give you that, selling Vieira was a poor idea, but if he wanted to go he wouldn't have given 100% to the club. Wenger's spent almost £15 million this season, which might go up to £25 million if we get Walcott. Being 5th isn't a disgrace when you've got a young team, have a game in hand on 4th, and the other 3 teams are Chelsea, an on-form Liverpool, and Man Utd.

Cygan is a decent squad player, error prone but tends to do alright. I think selling Vieira was a good long term plan though we have missed him at times, we will get over it.

Oh, you think you have problems..... try a team reliant on a Scouser (the shame), with a group of non-entities; O'Shea, Fletcher and Smith in midfield, and a blind ginger, in midfield, and Rio bloody Ferdinand and Silvestre in defence.

Not to mention a distinctly senile manager.

United need a new midfield, hopefully Carrick and Parker, with a new central defence, Brown and Vidic, with Trappetoni replacing Ferguson in May.

Newcastle do so many transfers, top player this year is sold off next year.

That's why you should never buy a NUFC calendar, half the players in the pictures won't be at Newcastle anymore by the time the year's finished.

Bastards. Arsenal can easily expand Highbury II - I believe they've sold all advance season tickets, corporate boxes, etc, already, so it seems like we'll have no problem filling the stadium on matchdays. I reckon we could easily get 70k.

Can Man U expand Old Trafford? IU thought the Health and Safety people said you guys couldn't?

Some of the younger players look decent enough prospects. And the club's still making a profit so it should only be a matter of time before the debts are done away with (a long time perhaps, but as long as the payments are kept up the creditors are happy).

Can Man U expand Old Trafford? IU thought the Health and Safety people said you guys couldn't?

Just wondering about Man U fans opinions on Fergie, good manager? Persoanlly I've never been impressed with him, people will point to his success with the 'golden generation' but it's hard to go one when you have a world class midfeild coming through ready made.
