What did you learn today?

1. my left arm is way less strong than my right (probably cos i broke it when i was 12) so at the gym just now (first proper visit) my right was having to do nearly all the work. i also learned that really hurts.

2. i learned i'm even more unfit than i thought.

Be very careful fooling around in the shower w/ you partner. Falling out hurts and kills the mood.

that to save someone else from hurt they may have to put themselves through extreme pain. :( i have to say although the hand is well blue and i think it is broken, i would gladly do it again and again for the same cause.

well I learned...nothing...absolutly nothing, today was a waste of my time why did I even bother getting up.

I learned very little today, especially as "learning" implies that I'm not going to do it again.

I learned that the only reason I got my new job teaching is because my kids are smart. Apparently they think it's my fault. ;)

I also learned that snow can get in between my dogs little foot pad thingys and while he doesn't like it in there, he likes it even less for me to try to help him get it out. :(

Yeah, I know woodburn, I was there a couple of weeks ago. Right now I live in Corvallis, and sometimes McMinnville.

Staying awake for twenty nine hours straight and working a double shift is a bitch.

I learned the details of how to correctly throw a punch in taekwondo. Maybe other stuff too, but that's what first came to mind.

yeah i think its safe to say you have a VERY high threshold for pain.
yeah, I was in labor with my oldest for like 3 days with minimal pain meds (1 shot of pain meds that lasted about 2 hours) and ended up having a C-Section and was out of bed walking around the same day, the nurse said I must not have any nerve endings or something.

It hurts, but not really all that bad, I can think of things that hurt worse and are without benifit, like the time I ripped a ligament in my knee. ;)

ive had two ten pound babies ...naturally. and i still cry when i get a bikini wax.

I know as a mom you understand the risk/reward thing, pregnancy sucks and labor hurts, and having the baby hurts too, and sleepless nights, and saggy stuff that wasn't saggy before and never goes back like it should..........but you would do it all again in a heartbeat because your kids are worth it all. :)
