We've got this character who's commonly refered to as "Underdog Lady". She's been interviewed on Howard Stern's radio program back in the early 90s. Basically she walks around in a superhero costume and can be found doing mundane things, like waiting for the bus, and weird things, like just walking out onto a parade route and marching like she belongs there.
