I googled my user name, and found the usual links to NS threads...and one jolt thread where I was quoted (:))...but I ALSO found another user with the same name on a Catholic forum ( http://forum.catholic.org/viewtopic.php?t=35910)!!!! Named Franz, apparently, he began using this name in December of 2005. ARGGHHH! My 'alter-ego' is a Catholic!!!!

You may not believe it, but Dublin City Council went and named an entire part of the town after my user name :eek:

I don't really have any, about myself, when I google my name (screen name or real name) I am who comes up, online name I am all who comes up and real name the first 2 pages are me. ;) although there is someone with the email address that is Smunkee@ something or other and it kinda bothers me, I keep wanting to email him and be like "SMUNKEE IS MY NAME GIVE IT BACK" but I think he might think I am crazy.


My husband though? There is a man with the same name as him in our state, their middle name is different but starts with the same letter, he is a junior and everything just like my hubby, and if you search the name (first, middle initial, last, Jr.) then it comes up with this guy's criminal record because he has been convicted of rape 4 times. :eek: His credit sucks too and we get calls from bill collectors for him. :( I keep telling my hubby that when he applies for jobs to let the employer know that this isn't him, because who really would want to hire a rapist who doesn't pay his bills?

My real name turns up only one other me, and he's cool. He's a horse shoe champ from Kansas who's been abducted by aliens. That guy is sooo cool. I wonder if he googles me and thinks, "What the hell, I'm a gay playwright?" (one of the references to me incorrectly credits me with a play about a gay kid coming out to his rich parents...which is like 2/3rds of the 'new works' plays. I wouldn't mind but I saw that play and it's horrible. I've tried to get them to correct it, since I'm sure the guy who wrote the play wants the proper credit (he's not credited with the one I wrote, about the arc of a relationship told at the begining and end, so he's just getting shafted. And not in a good way) but they still haven't. And that festival was years ago.)

There is a Rapper/Blogger out there who goes by "Synik" - so there are a few hits on the non-apostrophied possessive, but that seems about it.

Cetlund, Kimchi & I (among a few others) are also quoted on another forum (http://www.killermovies.com/forums/f11/t377452.html)by a NS (lurker/ participant?) going by the handle (there) of "FeceMan". I'm wondering if that's a good thing... :confused:

Broomsbridge?!? It's on the Dublin - Maynooth suburban rail line. The next stop out after Drumcondra. A complete hole. So bad that they didn't put a ticket office there. If you're car is stolen in Dublin, there's 10-1 odds that they'll find it burned out at Broomsbridge. I've see people dealing in the green patch next to the station. NEVER get off the train after dark at Broomsbridge!
