Did anyone catch the now dubbed Reggie Bush Bowl between the San Francisco 49ers and the Houston Texans?

It was hilarious. A battle for last place in the NFL and dibs on USC Trojan WR Reggie Bush in the NFL Draft.

I was hoping both teams would try to throw the game. That would've made it even more hilarious. San Francisco won in OT. Given that Houston Head Coach Capers was going to be fired, I was hoping he would try to win and screw the team out of Reggie Bush.

Didn't watch it, but the SF win means that the Saints now sit alone with the number 2 pick. Think they'll go after Vince Young or Matt Leinart? Seems like the Aaron Brooks experiment is over, and I don't know that Bouman's got what it takes to start in the NFL.

Actually I did watch it. I was at a friends house. It was amusing to watch a Niners fan be conflicted, not sure to cheer for a win or a loss.

I don't know enough about football to contribute meaningfully.

I don't think the Niners had much to gain by losing the game today--I don't know precisely where they'll pick in the draft now, but even if they'd lost, I don't think they would have wound up better than second or third.
