Anyone hear of this new site for music downloads that seems to be legal and cost free to the downloader?

...There's gotta be a catch somewhere...

...like it's run by the RIAA to catch you in the act or something.

Never trust anything which assures you it is legal.

It's not actually a download site, it's internet radio...
Can I share music files on the network through peer-to-peer downloads?
No. We are not a music downloading service and you will not be able to download music files from other's computers. However, you can listen to others' music through webcasting (streaming).

But you can download from their site to your computer, right? Or, no.

I don't think so. I only had a quick look, but it seems you download a player onto your computer, then you can access other people's stations. It seems it works in the same way as Yahoo!'s Launchcast, as far as I can tell.

It's just like Yahoo's Launch radio. Can't download anything, and it seems like they have 50 millions rules. Read the FAQ link on the main site.

Sounds like it's easier to just steal it! ROFLMAO :p

I tried it out and it looks like you are right. There are tons of tunes. I think you can put together your fav tunes and have ready access to them, but not on your computer. I am going to look at it some more and see what else it might have to offer.

The one and only time I was in jail there was no internet. I think the telegraph was just invented the year before. It was the telegraph that started this whole mess that keeps us up late at night and forces us to respond to weird thoughts from around the world.

They had internet access in the jail the last time I was there...

But it was on the other side of the bulletproof glass from where I was.
