Why him? I say it should go to the serial killer team of Henry Lee Lucas and Otis Toole. Both began serial killing separately, but became friends and together cut a swath of death, perversion, and petty crime across the US.
Emo Phillips: he never actually managed to kill anybody, so he was clearly the worst serial killer of all.

I don't know. His act wasn't too bad. It reminds me a little of Steven Wright. I'm sure he killed once or twice.

I'd hate to venture a guess on this one as there are literally thousands of them incarcerated all over the world, with thousands more roaming around free. The ones I consider the worst are probably the ones that torture their victims over a period of days before they actuall kill them.
Richard Grissom comes to mind, mainly because he was my yard orderly for years, I knew his first victim and I had a bit more insight as to his personal views of the hundreds of fan letters he got every week from women that just knew he could never do that to them if they were his girlfriend. (The most persistant he gave numbers to for when he gets out)

actually he played a reporter and I think the prosecuting attorney (he may have been defense, I don't really remember) anyway, it's in post production now and last I heard it should be released in Aug. 2006 (http://imdb.com/title/tt0478329/)
Patrick Bauchau played Albert Fish, and by the way, he is super nice, until he gets into character and then he is downright creepy, he looked at me once (in character) and it gave me the chills and I felt sick. (and that wasn't 10 min. after I had finished having a very nice conversation with him)

if you don't have a weak stomache you could google him, they have a letter that he wrote to the parents of one of his last victims, it's pretty graphic though. I researched him when I found out my husband was going to be in the movie, I was scared to even go watch him film. Thinking about it now is giving me the creeps.

Sounds it. I'd always been led to believe that he only became a serial killer in order to keep the kids he abused quiet, but it seems he was a far nastier piece of work than I suspected.

I have no idea what's up with the music, I think maybe the production company thinks it makes it more creepy or something. I watched the teaser again today before I sent it to you, and the music seems to have upset my dog, he is rolling around on the floor all weird and tortured. :p
