yeah... about that, see, I didn't feel to sorry or bad about anything, I just kinda felt angry for all the TV-shows that got cancelled because of the drowning folks. But hey, it was a big deal, got that right. I mean, how many people died? I don't know exactly, but it was a lot. Alotalotalotalotalot. Couldn't watch the Simpsons though. Bloody Hindus.

That is without a doubt the most disgusting thing I have ever read on this forum.

Today is very sad. We can only remember those 220 000 plus people who died, including 543 Swedes.

But, as Fass says, ringing the Red Cross and donating some money is a good way of making a small bit of a difference.

When the terorists plant a bomb that tears his parents to shreds in front of his eyes, while his girlfriend is being infected with a deadly and extremely painful disease and his home (including the precious tv) is demolished by a tornado and he is standing there, crying, calling for help..

.. just tell him he is preventing you from enjoying the latest southpark episode and if he could please take his whining elsewhere. Seems fair somehow.

OTOH - I am certain quite a few people felt *exactly* that same way. At least he has the balls to admit it. So perhaps a small foodpackage.

I can honestly say that I have never heard anybody complain that an event like the Asian flood wave or 11 September 2001 television news coverage ruined their planned enjoyment of a previously scheduled television programme. I think anyone who thinks such a thing has clearly got something wrong with them and has a very loose grip on their own humanity.

Now that is one of the more massive and staggering examples of stupidity and insensitivity that I have ever read...... One wishes that someday someone breaks into his house while he has some friends over watching South Park and they beat him about his head and shoulders with a broken bottle then sodomize him while his friends continue watching the televised swill in preference to stopping to help poor Krasnaputkin before the next commercial break. Then, perhaps, he will get an opportunity to experience firsthand the length and breadth of exactly why that is such an evil and insensitive comment. :sniper:

Check, please.
