It's not only the Christians that celebrate Christmas. Other religious groups celebrate it too, I think. I'm an atheist, but I celebrate Christmas.
I got some mad good Christmas gifts this year. I got:
- 5 candy canes
- the cutest little mini-violin
- this new game called "Riddle of the Sphinx" for my computer
- a crystalline clam with a diamond pearl inside it
- a music stand, which makes it much easier for me when I play violin
- a shirt with all the members of the violin family on the front (I am a violinist, as you can probably tell ;) )
- two pairs of new earrings
- a hefty bag of Combos (cheese pretzels)
- $34 in singles
And I got all of this from my mom :) .
One of my friends sent me a $25 gift card for some store that I've never heard of and this really nice white winter shirt with matching gloves, hat, and scarf. Yeah, it was a good Christmas :) .

lol well xmas ended some time ago in some places in the world... 3 hours ago here in the UK and between 10 and 14 hours ago in australia :p

What gifts did you want, but didn't get?
I really wanted some new CD's, I had a collection of about 350 but, they got stolen about 4 years ago, and I haven't had the time/money to replace any of them. I have about 3 CD's now and they are the 3 that I can't live without. I recently realized how important music was to me, and how much better I feel with regular music time, so I was hoping someone would have gotten me some.
I was also hoping for some new P.J.'s this is the first year in my whole life that I haven't gotten new p.j.s for Christmas.:(

I got a new pair of gloves, a Cookbook full of French Recipes, and an mp3 player (not an I-pod, but I'm still happy with it), and Batman Begins on DVD, among other things.

I wanted stuff for my apartment, nothing big you know. I got almost only tshirts-I live in L.A. so big surprise there.
