Should gefilte fish become the Jewish equivalent to miseltoe?

Gefilte fish is just....wrong. How the hell can somebody enjoy that?
So what I propose is that for the 8 nights of hanukkah, if we want to get a kiss outta somebody we hold a gefilte fish over our heads. So either they have to kiss you or (*vomits*) eat the gefilte fish.

Um ... just make sure the damned thing isn't still dripping when you hold it over your girl or GOY-friend's head! LOL!

"It's an acquired taste," says the Christian lady who's attended many a Seder and actually likes it.
I think, though, that everyone should instead collect their Hannukah Gelt and sit down to a game of Dreidel instead. :)
(btw, I prefer the dark chocolate gelt.)
Yeah, dark chocolate all the way. On a related note, have any of you had chocolate covered matzah?
Honestly, I hate gifilte fish, but here's an idea: replacing mistletoe with the more hannukah-y vat of burning oil. If you don't kiss...BAM! You smell like latkes for a week.

I like gefilte fish (especially homemade spicey, smothered in onions), but it doesn't inspire me to kiss anyone.

That's ok, we're not inspired to kiss you either! :D

Gefilte fish is not ment for much. Not that great of food to start with.
Dark Chocolate is the shit. Chocolate covered Matzah is just not that good though.
