I am sitting here all by myself on christmas eve and will be on christmas day also, anybody else out there in the same boat? I have no family that i am speaking to now, don't want to impose on any friends and i don't want to go to any free dinners to the disadvantaged. I do have my own dinner planned with all the trimmings but even i admit it is a bit depressing:( Oh Well, my choice.

I guess I could have gone home but school starts soon and I didnt want to fly for 14 hours back and forth.

That's because when a Church holiday falls on a Sunday, it makes the day ultra-super-mega-duper special.^_^ Or you could just watch a show like Evangelion or something~_^

It's almost the end of 2005. Lonely folk should watch the Transformers Movie and celebrate not being enslaved by the Decepticons or devoured by Unicron. Though The latter is inevitable in the long run. His Pointy Orange Will Commands It!

I'm effectively alone this year (not physically, since I'm spending Christmas with family, but emotionally) I would like to strongly endorse watching Evangelion though.

I'm going to be alone on Christmas. I could have gone to visit family, but that's like a stress test. I had no desire to go.

Here is a nice story.......

Many years ago Whisky used to be sold in Flagons.
This Flagon stuff was pretty much cheap crap.

Well one time my grandfather was given a Bottle of Black label and drunk it(Of course) but he kept the bottle and put some of this Flagon Whisky in it.

At a Family function my Grandfather brought out this Bottle Of 'Johnnie Walker' but my Uncle said no we should save this for later;) then later on my Uncle and Grandfather were going through the stuff and my Uncle said ah yes you can really taste the difference.:p

I dont have any family closer than 3000 miles. I live alone, and quite enjoy my solitude. I live in a beautiful and serene tropical paradise--quiet and uncomplicated. I like it that way.

I send presents out. I call everyone long distance, then make the rounds dropping gifts at local friends' houses, and then come back to my little sanctuary. Put on Christmas music if Im in the mood, or maybe some Susan Tedesci.

On Thanksgiving I usually go to the beach and give thanks Im not in the snow.

Accentuate the positive. Eliminate the negative. Life is good. Peace on earth.
