Read carefully. That is what officials were told. By whom? Possibly the boyfriend, as his girlfriend was having trouble breathing and having a cell phone removed from her throat? A third party? the girlfriend? Doesn't say.

Swallow the evidence is a reflex action in Blue Springs MO. Buying a propane tank for the BBQ grill there has a degree of risk to it.
