Good King Wenceslas is my favourite actual carol, followed by the Huron Carol. Overall favourite Christmas song is "I Believe in Father Christmas" by Emerson, Lake and Palmer.

As far as traditional carols, I like "Carol of the Bells" and "Silent Night"

we have a tradition in our family though called "Dr. Demento's Christmas album" and that's what we listen to on Christmas day, so I have a lot more "parody Christmas songs" that I like than traditional.

Christmas at ground zero is my favorite, although it kinda scares my kids. :p

Also the Latin version of "Come, all ye faithful." Venitis O Fideles? Sorry, I haven't done any serious Latin for a few years now, but I still think it's TOTALLY AWESOME.
