If I had to listen to only one song while I was doing stuff, I'd go batty...
I generally listen to 89.3 The Current (available online) when I'm working inside or out...eclectic music, by their own admission...

For me, when I'm concentrating on something (rare occurance) it's Singularity by Ayla or Eternal by Evanescence. No lyrics is best.
