Simpsons, past and present.
Top dog.
Beyond that-
Currently running: Arrested Development (some of the best constructed comedy on television. And slightly reminiscent of Soap, it recently occoured to me), My Name is Earl (also well earned-funny with good story telling), The Office (has managed to find itself and be funny as hell-defines more of the characters than the original. Yes the original will always be the original and has the best arc I've ever seen on a tv show, but this one makes me laugh and my stomach turn. Especially the tug of war involved with the main character and the secretary), Scrubs(I was reluctant, but the more I watch it the better it gets. It's just well written), Battlestar Galactica(best written sci-fi show I've seen. Probably the best drama, but I may be inflating it at that point), and of course The Daily Show/Colbert Report(no need to explain that).
I also like Mythbusters a lot. Especially Cary. I want to work on that show badly.
I also like American Chopper. I like the dynamics.
Iron Chef rules.
Oh yeah-Venture Brothers, Aqua Teen Hunger Force, The Boondocks, Robot Chicken, Lucy Daughter of the Devil(fingers crossed).

i must have been high when i wrote my origional post because ive had to go back it seams 12 times by now but this is important.
MY NAME IS EARL is the best new show on a national channel
I have not missed an episode and for me to have missed it in my op just proves that drinking the bong water should not be advised
cant beleive that nobody has shared my addiction to 24 yet...life is filled with dissapointments

Most TV programs suck ... BIG time!
My favorite program is still re-runs of The X-Files. :p

X-files is still leet.
Family Guy, American Dad, 7 Days, Law & Order, Stargate, Mythbusters, The Boondocks, Dirty Job, I Shouldn't Be Alive, Going Tribal, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, etc, etc
I should add My Name is Earl and Iron Chef, as mentioned above. And also Molto Mario and No Reservations (on the Travel Channel...Anthony Bourdain is brilliant!)

the daily show, colbert report, AMERICAN DAD, mythbusters, and family guy are all really good, but probably one of my favorite shows ever is definetely the OC!!!! :D
I'm a LOST junkie.It's crack-TV.
P&T Bullshit! and the Daily Show are top-spot. Other than that, I prefer the news.

I should add My Name is Earl and Iron Chef, as mentioned above. And also Molto Mario and No Reservations (on the Travel Channel...Anthony Bourdain is brilliant!)Anthony Bourdain makes me die inside. ewww. Old-school Iron Chef is the best -way better than this new-fangled Iron Chef America piddle. I quite like Christine Cushing Live, Sugar, and some of the other shows form Food Network Canada. Opening Soon is pretty dramatic too.
I pretty much only watch Star Trek and cooking, so that more or less covers it. But I agree with Cannot, the office is brilliant (at least he 1st season that I saw on DVD)

Kath & Kim, The Office, Little Britain.
Secret Life of Us used to be really good, but the most recent series was pretty disappointing.
I really enjoyed the Seven Wonders of the Industrial World series.
Iron Chef is cool too. I've only seen the Japanese version, not the American one.

Oh, yes... Little Britain... Can't remember having seen anything funnier...
Other stuff I cannot miss: Lost, 24, E.R., CSI Miami
Which CSI team do you like best? I don't enjoy watching CSI NY. Can't tell you why, as I actually like Gary Sinise...
