Need Help!
I have a sore throat, i've tried all the basic remedies, gargling salt water, using throat losengers, everything i could think of, but the sore throat is STILL there! it's really beginning to annoy me, as i've had it for 3 days! can anyone give me a suggestion on how to get rid of this god damn sore throat please!

Honey. Should help with the sore feeling and is also a cure.
If it's strep throat (white spots on your tonsils is a sign), then only antibiotics will help. And it will only get worse the longer you wait. Trust me, you don't want to hold off until the only option is getting a shot of Pen in the ass with an enormous needle, and a syringe of thick, chalky stuff. I screamed (literally) like a little girl. Don't be cheap, go to the doctors or ER, and have it looked at.

i dont have cold symptoms, only a sore throat with a little headache to go along with it

If extra-strentgh Chloraseptic lozenges doesn't help, nothing will That stuff is a topical anaesthetic. Time to see a doctor. *nod*

drink A LOT of water, when i get a sore throat i drink like 8 glasses of water an hour and the pain really goes down fast.
seriously, WHERE are my tonsils? need to check for white spots...

Ehh, well, can't tell if thats just the light shining off of my tonsils or white spots, but it doesn't look like white spots. any body else got an idea?
