It looks like a leftist has once again taken hold of a country in south America. Now i was wondering, do you think Bush will step up and be like ohter conservative presidents and send "military advisors" to the region to help oversee a coup, like what happend with Chile? If he did how would this affect his already crippled presidency?

What's wrong with a "leftist" president?

The people of different countries have different ideas about whom they would like to elect. Not everyone agrees with the results, but that's too bad - it's the beauty of democracy.

"Taken hold of"??? Well, that's one way of saying "he was elected" or "he won the majority of votes"...

Hmmm, I was about to excoriate Zilam for blatant leftist bias in characterizing the Bush administration as crippled... Now I wonder which way he really leans.
