I think that would fit best under "Technical".
But anyways, in your reply window to the right, you'll find some (and more if you click on the apropriately named "more" link underneith)
If you want special smilies, you can still use the "Image Tags" and enter whatever the url of your chosen picture is (image tags being and ).
It's the only thing under "f.a.q." up there on the tabs almost on the top of this page.

Most people were probably taken off guard by the fact that a n00b didn't already know. Based on the :mp5: :sniper: :gundge: stuff I've seen about here I'd grown to think that n00bs were born with the knowledge. Sort of like how migrating birds instinctively know where to go at what time.
