This is how cops SHOULD be performing. This isn't from the States or Canada, mainly due to the whole "driving on the left lane." Not sure which country is from.
If this happene in Canada, the cops would've been fired, Mayor Miller (Toronto) would have the police force full of shit and black people would play the race card, even though the suspect is white.
If this happend in the United States: ALCU, Info Wars, and Michael Moore. I'm sure you guys can figure it out.
