I don't know about you but I have a horrible memory and a very poor ability to maintain concentration on pretty much anything I do. So I've been looking at ways to improve memory and found this little article: http://www.newscientist.com/channel/being-human/mg18625011.900

There are some interesting methods that I bet some of you haven't heard of and I thought some of you might enjoy reading about it so I'm sharing. Don't say I never did anything for you. ;)

I need to get in on some of this stuff!

Improving short term memory. Sounds like exactly what I need. I've just been reassessed for dyslexia and the main idea of what dyslexia is at the moment is a proportionate deffiency in short term memory (apparently my profile is very typically dyslexic).
