The university should do something about it, for the entertainment value. Like stripping her naked again, tying her to a tree, and flogging her. Public humiliation is fun for everyone except one person.

in what way did they strip? In the UK I can pick up all sorts of men's mags and find young female students showing off their bits (and usually very nice they are too :) ) Don't see why its so controversial!

Raunchy photographs of a naked female student performing a striptease and a lewd lap dance during a birthday party in a Saugeen Hall residence were merely a product of freshman experimentation, a University of Western Ontario official said Tuesday.

And while UWO says it has no business in a student’s bedroom, the world can see what happened at Western behind closed doors.

The photographs shot in October were recently posted on the Internet on a website called Saugeen Stripper. As of yesterday, the site has had 14,000 visitors.

“Of course we’re disappointed with this whole situation,’’ said Susan Grindrod, Western’s vice president of housing.

“Do we think those involved show good judgment? No, not necessarily but we recognize these are first-year students and for many first- year students, it’s a year of experimentation that can lead to poor decision-making and regret.’’

Western president Paul Davenport declined to comment.

The photographs were shot during an October birthday party at Saugeen Hall, known as The Zoo years ago because of its wild parties and reputation. At one time in the 1970s, male residents for 25 cents offered females a night-time “tuck in’’ service, including a bedtime story, for females.

yes. we frequently made the paper back when i was an undergrad. we weren't even having what you would technically call 'parties' - girls just took their clothes off regardless. in our case, it usually wound up in the style section of the local paper.

And this is news how? In the poli sci dept. at the University of Houston when I attended (early 90's) there were at least two students who worked full time as strippers at the Crystal Pistol Lounge.

When I was a student at Concordia in Montreal, Canada my buddies and I were partying in a bar and this really, really, really drunk chick was showing off her boobies (she almost got kicked out). Then my buddy gave her a smoke which she slipped up her vulva. The end broke off of it.

I don't understand. It's college, things like this happen all the time. Most of the time, they don't get any big deal. Hell, I even got a private stripshow and lapdance from a couple girls my freshman year.

The year before I got university (in Connecticut), there was a scandal because there were 25 people, strippers, alcohol sales, and a cover charge to get into that dorm room. That room never really should have more than 8 people in it. Made many major newspapers within a 200 mile radius.

It was a college (Well, university, since there IS a difference here in Canada, but that's a discussion for somewhere else) birthday party, probably someone's 18th since it was first-year and Ontario students graduate at 17 unless their birthday is before graduation that year, or if they failed a year or something. Anyway, the only reason I can see as to why this would be interesting is because she's sort of good-looking from some camera angles (Not the kind of girl I'd go for, but not too hard on the eyes at any rate) and isn't what society deems properly ashamed of her actions. Pfft. Let it go.
