Do you know what really bugs me? There's no real reason behind it bugging me, but it still does. People who try to be social but are stupid and hostile. No doubt everyone else on the whole planet had met one such person. It's the sort of person that just walks up and says hello and everyone instantly thinks Why the fuck don't you just die and save us the trouble of having to listen to you?

No, I don't live in Illinois, I live in Washington DC.

Also, Mumia did not kill any police officers. It was later found that 1) evidence was destroyed, 2) DNA testing did not show him to be guilty, and 3) many of the witnesses were not there at the time of the shooting.

Oh as far as Barrack Obama is concerned, you should know that once politicians become famous, the don't care anymore.. I have learned that many times. I helped campaign with Blagoviech(sp) like the first few times we met up at campaign stops, he knew my name and what not. really friendly to me. Recently, he visited my town..Didn't know who i was..i was like dang...but oh well..thats life

i feel that ranting would be good right now. i think that my schooling is making me impossible to get along with. i am currently double majoring triple minoring and i am almost done. this has put me in the situation where no matter what people talk about i have an opinion. i know that expressing your opinion on things will always cause conflict, but that's what my rant is about. STOP FOCUSING ON HATING WHAT I SAY AND INSTEAD WORK ON LOVING WHAT YOU SAY. IT'S OK TO SHARE OPINION WITHOUT A BATTLE. YOU PEOPLE WHO FREAKING TELL ME HOW STUPID MY IDEAS ARE WHEN I'VE TAKEN 4 YEARS OF SCHOOLING ON THE SUBJECT IN ADDITION TO WRITING PAPERS FOR JOURNALS, BITE ME. I try and be a good buddhist, but it just seems like the world is such an amazing place and people would literally rather sit around and complain about how they are right then to go out into the world and do something. I spend 3 hours a day at work, 6 hours a day in class, 5 hours a day studying and 2 hours a day working out. That leaves me with about an hour to see my friends outside of these things and an hour on the computer before i go to sleep. I have time to learn so much and accomplish so many things and everyone else could too... but instead they'd rather be right. instead of learning, they'd rather be right, instead of peace, they'd rather be right, instead of working to help each other to reach the same ends, they'd rather fight to be right... there are enough problems as it is. we need to fix them together, not worry about fighting each other over them. we all have a similar goal (or most of us do) so let's try and accomplish that goal even if it means sacrificing your foolish pride in the process.

Also, I have a side rant... it confounds me that people would dig up the earth; the very thing that we live on and our lives are supported by, in order to dig up gold, silver and diamonds. now I understand why they dig them up... because of their value. but what value do they have? are we seriously so completely and totally wacked out that as a species we would rather have shiny things to look at than a planet to live on? cause to me, it really looks like we're still just a bunch of raccoons. (sp?)

I don't know for a fact whether he did it or not, but he was convicted, and apparently the appeals courts don't find his evidence compelling enough to free him or give him a new trial. That makes me think that he's more likely than not guilty.
