I thought this was cool indeed, and as a hobby gardener, I can tell you that worm poop (worm castings,) really do work, especially if one brews an aerated tea from them and then uses that to water.

Directions for making aerated compost or aerated worm casting teas are readily available on the internet.

You know I find it odd that whenever I see NJ in the news its with progressively wierder things happening. Gay govener and now our newest headline guy makes money from worm shit. Makes me proud to be from Jersey.

actually worm castings have been sold for a while, and have been produced by individuals for even longer. The science behind it is actually really solid. I performed my own experiment using a mixture of compost and worm casting tea on some plants and just water on others (a very dilute amount of organic fertilizer for both.) BIG and clear difference.
