I have an organized mess. That is, I know where in my mess most things are. You may not be able to find them, but I can specify where things are almost exactly. Once it gets messier than that, it needs cleaning.

Except for the last part, that's me. It doesn't get messier than that. I can still tell you where it is, no matter how messy it gets. If I try to organize it, I forget where it is.

Yes, well usually the messier than that comes when someone else tries to find something in my stuff and messes it up. I'd rather they just ask me where to find it, not ruin everything trying to do it themselves.

I'm about as organized as you can get without being OCD. It irritates friends and family, but I'm happy. And dust-free.

I'm terribly unorganised, unless it's actually something I want to bother with.

... I eat Chaos for breakfast. And though I've never actually misplaced my own car (never owned one), I have misplaced a friends car, and was fired from a job once when I forgot where I parked the company car for the second time in a month.

Yea, it's so stupid that I can't help being a bit proud of it.
