Simple enough. There are many ways to get information.

I normally get my news from the internet sites, though I do like to sit down sometimes and enjoy the Boston Globe.

What works best for you?

I am a news fan by heritage;) . On the web, when looking for general news, I look at CNN and BBC websites. I watch the two on television as well, although I watch BBC only a few nights a week, and only for a half hour due to living in the states (BBC America just does short newscasts...right). Actually, I sometimes prefer CNN International over the USA's version, though it depends on the shows and the stories. In terms of paper news, I ADORE the New York Times, as well as the excellent magazine The Week.

Naturally, due to my love of current events, I never turn down a chance to watch The Daily Show:D

Multiple sources, then compare them. I don't have a routine.

Radio & TV news, plus The New York Times Online (which I'd count as a newspaper, not as "Internet"). Hardly ever from the Internet.

Didn't vote in the poll, btw, b/c I don't use one more than the others really.

Pravda (http://english.pravda.ru/), where else am I going to be kept up to date on Flying
Rape Snakes Dwelling in an, Apparently, Infinite Bog (http://english.pravda.ru/science/19/94/378/16500_snake.html)?
Not only that, but Pravda is multilingual, which I find very important in my news, having made their site available in English, Russian and, er, Portugese because the nation of Portugal is really fond of Russia, or something.
Sometimes, I read the NY Times or Post (which ever I can surprise borrow most easily), but I find their inability to get at the real stories (for instance, Pravda's Hard Hitting Interview with Eight Year Old Prophet, Boriska (http://english.pravda.ru/science/19/94/378/16387_Boriska.html)) to be so troubling that I avoid them most times.

I look to fark.com first and foremost for the news. After fark.com, slashdot, then google news.
