Will there be Los Angeles violence following Tookie's execution?
Because, you know, I have family there and everything and I'm probably visiting around Christmas.
Do the Crips have any loyalty to Tookie still at all? Will they care if he's killed? Will ONE member turn on the T.V. and realize that something's up?
The duration of the violence is inversely proportional to use of force by the police.

Not substantially, no. The last time there where riots on something like this it came from something unexpected. It was a reaction to a decision. Tookie, while there is the decision to kill him, it's not so much unexpected and thus not as suseptable(screw it, I'm not looking up how to spell that) to rage overcoming people to cause a riot. Angry people will be slightly more angry, then return to their regularly scheduled anger.

Umm I know some of the more prominant crips have stepped forward to say he should be spared (I think snoop). But I don't think the average crip gives a shit about that much besides money, survival, and respect. Thus they join a gang so I wouldn't bet on riots.
