Sad But True is more specific, and specific to certain aspects of myself/memories which scare me more (for want of a better description to how they make me feel). Also the singing and music is more aggressive.
Fade To Black I can relate to, obviously, a hell of a lot, but it's slightly more vague and, I dunno, it just doesn't get to me as much.

I do actually recommend buying their albums if you like them, because with the exception of Kyuss and maybe Monster Magnet, they're probably dirt-poor. :p
