I have to be careful here. This isn't a copyright notice. Apparently since Rotovia is in public use on this forum, I have to "make a fair and deliberate attempt to inform all relivant parties of the current title over the consideration".

You can always eat anything you want, the Unholy Trinity recquire no dietary restraint on the part of their followers. The only exception is Kimchi; when you get some Kimci you must ship 15% of that food of the gods to me so that I may consume it and feed the Trinity.

I was thinking of making Paris my holy city. I would burn it to the ground and make it a "martyr". On the "Great Marrakech" day I would demand that everyone run a 1000 meter sprint. Of course they would have to face away from Germany. Then it would be a true day of rememberence and holy celebration.

I already have copyright protection for trading with the name "Rotovia" in Australia. The Australian Taxation Office has explained that because I trade under the name "Rotovia" international it's covered by relivant treaties.

Someone's giving you bad advice sport. Rotovia isn't in the Madrid database I just checked.

In any case, the protection your seeking would be an international trademark, not a copyright. You can't get copyright protection for a word.

Further - though this is just a hunch on my part - I am not even sure that Rotovia is fanciful, so any protection you do get would be pretty thin.
