People need at least one crazy person for every election. All the idiots and "rebels" who want to be "zany" choose that person and are safely and easily removed from the democratic process. Then the adults are allowed to get on with the business of actually running things.

Two too many candidates because about 3 people were nominated in the last 5 minutes. Bastards, they ruined my chance of making any head-way. I'm sure if their was an anonymous poll then one or two people would have been bored enough to click, but no one would ever admit to supporting me.

I was gonna nominate him, but a) the nominations closed before I could and b) I was thinking back to the days when he and Fass would attempt to kill each other (anyone else miss those days?)

When one lurks around in those threads that are actually about politics, one finds that it is only worth discussing issues with those who have more than a passing knowledge in economics and moral philosophy. You seem to have both, especially the economics, down.

Personally I think JB seems sensible because he always pulls the "That's true, but..." trick. You think he is going to be sensible, but you find out that the "but" brings a little craziness with it.;)
