How would you organize the news feeds?

Should it be by SUBJECT (e.g.- Pope Ratzinger, Harry Reid, etc.) or by SOURCE (e.d. Google News, Topix.net)? Which would make more sense as a design?

This might be tought though.

I already have a main subject, like World, U.S., etc. But after that, should there be a sub-subject? Or go by source?
