What kind of car to you drive...after voting tell of the exact make and model of your car.:D

If you have more than one car pick as many as you need to include all of your cars.

I have a 2004 Blue Lincoln Navigator and its sitting on 22" chrome rims.

While I love my car and it is damn sexy, if I do say so myself, there is a downside. I get (on a good day) 10.5 miles to the gallon. lol its pathetic...but what can I say, I'm an American!!!

Don't have one, so I scab my parents cars.
1: The shitmobile. A 1989 Toyota Corolla (in an absurd purply-silver-blue)that my brother has smashed a few times. It can barely make 90km. The interior stinks when it rains.

2: The oh-so-embarassing (for a commie) four wheel drive. :p 2002 Honda CRV-Sport. FFS, it's silver with leather seats. Argh!

I am a poor poor student. I drive an 1989 SV21 Toyota Camry.... mmm Jap goodness (more importantly reliable as hell, cheap on fuel and cheap to fix).

AT least I dont drive one of those crappy girl cars ie bubble cars or the little pacific rimmers. When I save enough money I want to buy a Nissan Cefiro (thats some RB20DET joy in a practical car).

And whoever started this forum missed out Australia. We make cars (albiet the companys are American and Jap).

For those in America and the UK. Australia makes the Pontaic GTO and the Vauxhall Monaro. There both rebadges of the legend Australian Holden Monaro. There designed and built here.

Not answerable.

I have a 1968 VW, made in Germany, that I aspire to rebuild.
I drive a 1995 Mercury (Ford) that was assembled in Mexico from US and foreign parts... It could have been as easily assembled in Canada - since the same model was "made" in both countries.

Origin of Company and "Country of Origin" are largely imaterial anymore (when it comes to autos).

Oh that stings, to have to get rid of a classic. As of late I've been taken by the '65 Cuda Commando. My dad had one one I was a kid (I don't know if it was a 65, but I know it was a pre-69/8, whenever the body style changed. But I like the Valiant style grill of the 65) and there was always this flirtation (that was largely self constructed, I'd have to admit) that I would get it when I turned 16.

(Instead I inhereted my aunt's 77 Malibu Classic...not the same at all...)

I think I've been hit of late to rectify that and actually buy my own.

That I would also convert to run on propane :D

But this stands towards the end of a very long line of things that need to be taken care of.

I was hoping I could find a picture of it on the net because it's a bit of a landmark (well, as much of a landmark as truck can be). There is an old school bus (as in a bus that used to take kids to school that is now old, as opposed to an 'old skool' bus) that has a Kombi welded on top of it on the rear half, presumably as upper-sleeping quarters. I pass by it every now and then.
