Which of these soccer powers is LEAST likely to advance to the second round (knock-out stage) of World Cup 2006?

Why?

I want to know what people from big soccer countries/continents think... since nobody knows anything about it here in the US.

The US is like 7th (a bullshit ranking system, I know, but they're a decent team at least) in the world in the latest FIFRA rankings but I bet less than 5% of Americans could name two players on the team.

at any rate... who will be the France of 2002? Who will be packing their bags early in Germany?

of the teams on that list, i think the most likely to bow out early is Spain... they have as much talent as anyone but Brazil, but they have never lived up to their potential and i don't see them doing it here either.

(now watch Spain win the world cup. hehe)
