Who is your favorite Transformer?

Now I'm talking about the ultra bad-ass Transformers from the 80s, man they were hard core bas-ass.
Well my favorite Transformer is probably Sound Wave. He kicks ass. He is able to launch a robot dog, teradactly, and 3 mini transformers out of his stomach. Oh, and he can turn himself into a massive tape recorder. They just don't make cartoons like they used to...

When I was young, I liked Soundwave the best. Jazz was also a favourite though. I really can't see how anyone could like that whiner Starscream though.
Once in the military, back in the 80's, we were doing through drills with unloaded rocket launchers and were left unsupervised. The Transformers were popular with the guys in my platoon and before long a Transformer scene broke out. One guy had a LAAW in each arm, while on the ground, begging for mercy "No Megatron!"; while another guy stood over him with a Karl Gustof in one hand, saying "You've crossed me for the last time, Starscream."
Needless to say it was hilarious and the officer who walked out of the company room and saw it turned around and walked back in, pretending he didn't see anything...

Does Unicron count? He might not be a real transformer, but he could still kick ass even as a floating head!
But yeah, Starscream or Megatron would be my chioces.
Actually, maybe Starscream. Even after dying, he still came back to kick some ass. (Anyone ever seen Starscream's ghost?)

Optimus Prime. In truck mode, he looks almost exactly like a Peterbilt cabover. Which makes him even more awesome.
Other than Optimus, I'd have to go with Unicron, as seen in the Transformers movie. So amazingly evil, plus OW does his voice. And he eats planets.
Soundwave was pretty cool, too. I never thought Megatron was that special, though, maybe it was his voice I didn't like.
