She claims that this photo isn't representative of the successful book signing. Conservative bloggers say it shows she's no longer as popular as she once wa.
Others say this is a twisted photo.

The photographer says:

"Photographer Evan Vucci, queried about the incident today said that he was present at the book signing from about 10 a.m. to about 11 a.m. During that time, he said, people were coming in to have their books signed in small groups of a few at a time.

"At the time the photos were taken 'maybe 5 people had come in,' Vucci says, and Sheehan was waiting for more to stop by, which they did individually as well as in very small groups. Therefore the wording of the caption is accurate in that Sheehan was waiting for people to show up at her signing."

Cindy Sheehan really annoyed me. The anti-war crowd deserve a proper leader, not a clown.

Whats her book about anyway? It's not like she had much to say.

Just goes to show how fast the left will drop your ass once all your use to them has gone.

i'm not sure a single book signing (or even a single hour of it) is a fair basis to judge someone's popularity. sooo many variables must be taken into account: for starters there's local awareness (advertising) and local demographics... national sales of the book would be more representative imo

not that i'm siding with the woman, mind.

Americans have a short attention span. It's a miracle those people camped out in front of the Bush residence for as long as they did. Fame is fleeting, I suppose.

Cindy Sheehan - is the party over?
Ahhhh...as long as you cats are around to keep bringing her up like she was the boogey-monster under your bed that you're trying to convince yourselves isn't real, the party will never be over...

I guess that's why millions were spent by outside sources to set up a PR campaign and finance her travel expenses... Maybe someone was trying to construct a boogy-monster.

Guess they gave up.
