One would imagine they have more than one copy of documents they censor. I think most of the ones you see are copies given out to congressmen for reviews and whatnot. I bet there's a master copy somewhere.
And I'm sure lots of people would like to know more about the inner workings of the CIA. Y'know, the North Koreans, the Iranians, al-Qaida...;)

It's a joke about redacted documents sometimes released by the CIA. They'll use black magic marker to cover words or sentences that would reveal sources and methods or sensitive information that's still valuable.
