I've decided to run for the Australian Federal Senate in 2007. I'll probally loose, but it'll be fun none the less. To get the ball rolling here's my "Thoughtful No-nonese Independent" pose.

A few years ago I found a then little known loophole that would have got me on the ballot as a candidate for California govenor. I was going to run on the 'I'm not Pete Wilson' platform becuase I was a student and pissed. Also, I thought, "How many people can say they where a candidate for Govenor of California?" Little did I know...


(I didn't ultimately run because I'm lazy.)

Anyway, go for it. You should find an uncontested seat and run for that, just for the heck of it. Introduce all kinds of crazy crap as Comptroller or something.
