I should be doing my Politics homework… which is in for tomorrow… and there is a lot of it… and the teacher will go EVEN MORE nuts than he did the first time (kicked me out of lesson) if I don't do it… sleepless night ahead…

I should be translating sentences from Modern Armenian into English. I have a class at 9 am tomorrow. bleurghhh. I should also be sifting through an Arabic text for 'useful phrases'.

It's all the crap I should have been doing when I was on here in the day that's the problem. Like getting a job, or finishing off my uni application, or booking a driving test. or buying food. Or even having a shower.

Converting journal articles to .pdf files to e-mail to people too lazy to come to the library and look at the journals themselves. And I actually am doing that. It makes for inefficient posting, but whatev.

I should be writing a Term Paper that is due in a few days, writing a review for an Opera (Barber of Seville, if you're bored enough to care) that I saw about 4 weeks ago, translating German into English, and developing a "moral" argument in favor of firing the nursing staff in a hospital.

I should either be cleaning or looking for a new job. I quit my other one due to my tweaker boss and decided to take a couple months off to get my kid back on track in school, which thankfully worked as he is now on the honor roll. Unfortunately I am still sick. This normally last 3 weeks to a month without antibiotics, so I'll have to hold off on looking for work. Darn. I know. Excuses, excuses.

I had to learn it after living in Cyprus for a number of years :p It helped me with my english and french though...the more languages you know, the better. It helps a ton with the spelling.

I should be...working on an essay in french in defence of the Monarchy and discrediting the French Revolution. :p Also should be working on some casework for law, and reading Nietzsche in my private time...oh well :headbang: :p

Hmmm...I imagine you're some kind of psychic? :p Yep - final year at uni. I don't mind the 19th century one, it's vaguely interesting, it's the other one I can't stand.

Anything post WW II bores me greatly. I sympathise, and I will also say I would not want to be in your position :p Yet, if I do end up going with a French degree as is my intention, I will have to study France both ancient and modern (and the idea of 20th c. France is not a particularly alluring one). :rolleyes:

Yuk. Especially after a 6 hour biology revision conference in an old dusty hall - dusty to the point where smoking probably increased my respiritory health.

In short, AS Level sucks.

"Why did Europe become Secular?" - 2500 words, using at least 5 sources. For History, in my first year of uni.

Bit of an open ended question - but the reading list seems to suggest I have to concentrate on the impact of The Enlightenment. So, being in the library all day reading about Voltaire, Hume, Rousseau and the other philosophes. Gonna put in a bit about The Renaissance, The Reformation and humanism as well, along with some sociological theories, like people devoting less time to the spiritual and thought of the otherworld as life in this world became better and more hopeful.

But, enough of that, so i'm getting high and watching a few movies.

I should be writing a raport on developmentpsychology and propose treatments that will make an insane murderer 'normal' :headbang:
