Ok, before I began chatting in the General Forums I attempted to start RP'ing http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=454942
But no one responded, what is wrong with the post and what could I do differently in order to get people interested in RPing with my country

Maybe you posted too much stuff. I'm not sure.

It just doesn't have that "opportunity to get involved."

Then what should I do to make a post "more involved" for other people?

If I knew, I'd have much better luck with my own RPs, which suffer from the flaw of no one joining.

LOL!
My suggestion?
Start with getting to know the people in your region. Talk about being interested in role-playing and see if others are into it too. Then OOC discuss a vague outline of what you'd like to do and THEN bring it into the forums. If you've got yourself and a couple of other people posting in a thread, you're going to get a lot more interest.
If people in your region aren't interested in rping, then move to a region where rp is cool.
Good luck!

You need to post it in the International Incidents forum. Thats the forum for rp

Perhaps you could have some friends join NS and RP with you. Or you could get to know a NS member via IM or something along those lines. Then they may be more likely to RP with you
I'm no expert, but I'd say join in on other threads first to get a feel for how people pitch their particular storylines. Also a lot of people advertise and get small groups of dedicated rpers together before starting off, so that there's going to be guaranteed posting.
