Well, you crazy Americans, how much turkey do you have left from thanksgiving?

I have about 12 pounds left, plus both drumsticks.

None! Yes thats right there is no turkey left over. The leftovers went to the neighbors Rottweilers. Everyone has to get some turkey dont they?

Anything that you can do with chicken, you can do with turkey. I suppose it depends on how ambitious you are. In my case, I was thinking of taking the leftover duck, chopping up some cabbage, onions, and carrots and making eggrolls.

We gave our turkey and leftovers to the homeless shelter....who am I bullshitting? We ate every damn scrap of turkey.
